In recognition of the cost to travel to and participate in the AEP Educational Publishing Summit, international members receive the following two additional benefits.

Summit Attendee Discount: Register as many individuals from your organization as you like at the discount price of $599.

Summit Exhibitor Discount: Purchase an exhibit table at the Summit for $1,500, saving $500 (25%) off of the regular price. Each exhibit table comes with one full summit registration.

Searchable Membership Directories

AEP Company Directory: A directory of all AEP member companies that not only includes contact information, but is also segmented by Services Provided, Product Types Offered, Markets Served, and Subject Areas.

AEP Individual Directory: A directory of all individuals comprising the AEP membership. In addition to contact information it also is segmented by Job Function, Membership Objective, Markets Served, Products, and Services.

Online Industry Services Directory

The online Industry Services Director will feature all AEP member companies that provide services for educational publishers. Searchable by service offered, participating companies will have a listing that profiles their offerings and lists contact information. (Participating companies will also have the chance to add features to their listing for an additional fee.)

AEP Rapid Response Request For Proposal (RFP) Service

This service will allow publishers to provide AEP with their project RFPs. Once an RFP is received, participating service providers will be alerted, and they can bid as they see fit. (This an additional fee above membership dues, but significantly below the cost of the non-member fee.)

Step 2: Calculate your dues.

Step 3: Download a membership application (Adobe PDF), fill it out and fax it back to 856-241-0709.
