  1. What does AEP’s online membership renewal system allow me to do?
    You can renew online securely when using a credit card OR request a personalized invoice.
     
  2. Who can use the AEP online membership renewal system?
    The “key contact” of the AEP member organization or a person authorized by the key contact to use it on their behalf, which means using the key contact’s email and password. If you are unsure who the key contact is for your organization, please contact Jo-Ann McDevitt.

  3. How do I, as the key contact, use the AEP online membership renewal system?
    • Log into your Web User account (www.secureaep.com).
    • Click on the Renew AEP Membership link.
    • Verify the information we have on file.
    • Answer the brief questions to determine the appropriate dues rate.
    • On the checkout page enter your payment information.
     
    Please note that we have temporarily removed the invoice option for membership renewal to assist in moving our members to current membership status. In order to be current with your 2008-2009 Membership, payment for dues must be received no later than September 30, 2008. If you cannot renew by credit card, please contact Colleen Quigley at 856-241-7772.
     
  4. What if are key contact is no longer with the company?
    Please contact Jo-Ann McDevitt at 856-241-7772 to designate a new key contact.
     
  5. I am having trouble with the online renewal system. Whom do I call?
    If you are unsure of your membership category or dues amount, please contact Jo-Ann McDevitt at 856-241-7772. If you are having technical difficulties, please contact Mike Dodson.
