Frankfurt Book Fair Registration FormsAfter you sign up for the EPP, you must fill out the Frankfurt Book Fair official registration and information forms to be included in the catalog and be registered as a Fair participant. Please download and fill out all four
forms below and return to Joan Scavuzzo at AEP. NOTE:
Hotel RegistrationIf you would like AEP to make
a reservation for you at the Falk Suite Hotels, please complete
and submit the hotel registration form to AEP. Complete one form for each hotel
guest and indicate if they are sharing a room. Credit Cards will not be charged
until August. Room Rate: 290 € per night (Single Use) • 50 € per night additional for each additional person in the room. Falk
Suite Hotels If you prefer one of the hotels offered through International Corporate Travel, please go to www.ict-global.com.
U.S. Commercial ServiceThe U.S. Commercial Service Trade
specialist will the use the information you provide to identify companies for
you to meet with during the Frankfurt Book Fair. The earlier you return the
form, the better chance the trade specialist will have of booking appointments
with your chosen companies.
Shipping InstructionsAEP has a partnership with the
American Collective Stand. Please read the instructions carefully to make sure
your materials arrive on time.
